The Municipal Chief Executive for New Juaben South, Honorable Isaac Appaw-Gyasi on August 16, 2022, with the support of the traditional authorities inaugurated Hydro Co-Operative Credit Union Limited a new branch in Koforidua, the Eastern Regional capital. The idea behind the inauguration of the new branch in the municipality is to bring employment and instill in the citizenry the habit of savings.

In order to boost teaching and learning within the New Juaben South Municipality, the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Isaac Appaw-Gyasi, on Tuesday, 22nd February, 2022 handed over ultra-modern school facilities for Ada Kyeremanten and the Sarkodie Basic schools respectively within the municipality

The New Juaben South Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Isaac Appaw Gyasi, has cut the tape for the commission of newly built forty (40) lockable stores and an ultra-modern meat shop at the Zongo Market as part of the developmental project in the Municipality. The New Juaben South Municipal Assembly has held its first Stakeholders Meeting for the year 2022.
